- Heinrich´s practice covers collective and individual employment law. He is an expert in employment law in connection with corporate transactions and restructurings.
- Heinrich studied at the universities of Freiburg, Lausanne and Bonn. He has been an Of Counsel at Gleiss Lutz since 2009. After his qualification as bank clerk, he held managerial positions in the legal and human resources departments of an international technology group in Düsseldorf for more than 20 years. Furthermore he is a honorary judge at the Federal Labour Court and a lecturer at the University of Düsseldorf. He is Chairman of the Employment Law Committee of the State Organisation for Employer Associations of North Rhine-Westphalia. Also, Heinrich is a member of various committees of the Confedera-tion of German Employer Associations. He is a member of the German Labour Court Association as well as of the Association for Legal and Political Science. Heinrich speaks German and English.
