- Burkhard advises companies, banks and other financial institutions on acquisition finance, project finance and other types of (syndicated) loans. He has special expertise in the area of asset finance, advising for example market leading companies on the leasing of rolling stock. Furthermore, Burkhard’s practice includes the advice on restructurings and insolvencies.
- Burkhard studied law at the University of Frankfurt. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2001. From 1992 to 1996 Burkhard worked in a Frankfurt based law firm focusing on tax law. He is a certified tax attorney. Burkhard speaks German and English.
