- Tobias specialises in German and European antitrust with a particular focus on international merger control as well as antitrust proceedings. He also has special expertise regarding copyright law and general European law.
- Tobias studied at the universities of Konstanz, Montpellier, Heidelberg and New York (LL.M. 2007). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2007. In 2006, Tobias collected valuable experiences during a stage with the DG COMP at the European Commission in Brussels. Tobias is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the Association of Antitrust Lawyers in Munich. He speaks German, English and French.
