- Moritz Holm-Hadulla advises clients on German and European antitrust law, in particular in connection with merger control proceedings, cartel investigations and in private antitrust litigation. He also has extensive expertise in the implementation of compliance programmes.
- Moritz studied at the University of Heidelberg. He joined Gleiss Lutz in 2008. In 2009/2010, Moritz was seconded to the compliance office of a major German corporation. Moritz is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law. He speaks German, English und Turkish.
