- Stefan focuses on corporate transactions of all kinds, including corporate acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. His activities comprise both private companies of all legal forms and public corporations. Moreover, he provides expert advice on complex legal issues regarding stock corporation and company group law and represents investors in corporate law disputes.
- Stefan studied at the University of Münster. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. He began his carreer at the Hamburg office of an international law firm. From 2001 to 2002 he was seconded to a law firm in New York. In 2003 he joined Rittstieg Rechtsanwälte. Stefan speaks German and English.
