- Martin advises national and international clients in M&A transactions including public takeovers. He further advises on corporate law and joint ventures.
- Martin studied at the University of Hamburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Between 2002–2005 and 2006–2009 Martin was with an international law firm in Düsseldorf and London and from 2005–2006 with an investment bank in London. Furthermore, Martin is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He speaks German and English.
