- Jens advises clients on all employment law-related issues, with a special focus on companies’ restructurings as well as works constitution and collective bargaining. His practice also includes representation in litigious employment disputes with employees, works and staff councils and labour unions.
- Jens studied at the University of Göttingen. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2007. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group. Jens speaks German and English.
