- Rut advises on individual and collective labour and employment law. She specialises in reorganisations and restructurings, works constitution and collective bargaining. Her practice also includes advice on service agreements of management board members and managing directors.
- Rut studied at the universities of Passau, Norwich/UK (LL.M. 2006) and Harvard Law School (DAAD scholarship). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Rut speaks German and English.
