- Cornelius advises domestic and international clients on corporate law with a particular focus on stock corporation law, on joint ventures, M&A transactions, transformations and capital markets issues.
- Cornelius studied at the universities of Heidelberg, Geneva, Freiburg and Cornell/USA (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2001. Cornelius is, inter alia, a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and the Corporate Law Association (VGR). Since 2008 he has been teaching at the University of Osnabrück. Cornelius speaks German and English.
