- Alexander advises on German and European competition law. This includes among others German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution contracts, cartel proceedings and litigation, and competition law compliance.
- Alexander studied at Humboldt-University of Berlin, the University of Bonn (Dr. iur. 2008) and the University of Michigan Law School (LL.M. 2007). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Alexander is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. Alexander speaks German and English.
