- Fabian advises national and international clients on corporate, corporate group law as well as on M&A transactions.
- He studied at the universities of Zurich, Passau, London (King’s College) and Munich. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. He worked as a lawyer at a corporate law firm in Dusseldorf and Munich from 2004 to 2010. In 2007 Fabian was seconded to a law firm in New York. He is a member of the Corporate Law Association (VGR). Fabian speaks German and English.
