- Marcus studied at the universities of Tübingen and Munich. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1995. He is a certified administrative law attorney. Marcus is a member of the Society for Environmental Law (GfU) and the German Bar Association’s Administrative Law Working Group. He speaks German and English.
