- Achim heads the firm’s tax practice. He specialises in German and international tax law with respect to transactions, reorganisations, financing and fiscal planning. Furthermore he regularly advises on tax audits, tax court proceedings with special focus on succession planning.
- He studied philosophy and law in Munich and Constance. Achim was elected to the partnership in 2003. Achim has been a certified tax advisor since 2001. He was a senior civil servant in the tax administration for the state of Baden-Württemberg from 1996 to 1998. Achim speaks German and English.
