- Christian heads the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. He advises national and international companies in large M&A-transactions. He has particular experience in public takeovers, private equity and cross-border transactions.
- Christian Cascante studied law in Grenoble, Tübingen and at the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M. 1998) and business administration at the University of Hagen. He has worked for law firms in New York and Palo Alto 2001 and in London 1994. He speaks German, Spanish, English and French.
