- Patrizio advises national and international clients in M&A transactions including public takeovers. He further advises on corporate law with a special focus on corporate group law, transformations as well as national and international joint ventures.
- Patrizio studied at the University of Passau. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2011. Before joining Gleiss Lutz, Patrizio worked with a national and international law firm focussing on cross border M&A transactions. He is a member of the German-Italian Lawyers’ Association (DIJV) and of the International Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers (AIGLI). Patrizio speaks German, English and Italian.
