- Iris advises clients on German and European antitrust law. She is specialised on questions relating to German and European merger control and has advised German and foreign corporations in a large number of transactions in this respect. Iris further focuses on antitrust fine proceedings, distribution cartel law and compliance programmes.
- Iris studied at the University of Augsburg (Dr. iur. 2006). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2008. Iris is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the Association of Antitrust Lawyers in Munich. Apart from German, Iris speaks English and French.
