- Ingo is head of the firm’s competition practice. He advises clients on German and European antitrust law, in particular in connection with merger control investigations and litigation, and compliance programmes. Ingo has lead numerous important cases before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as before the European General Court/European Court of Justice and the German antitrust courts. Ingo also has special knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Ingo studied at the universities of Freiburg, Münster, Munich (Dr. iur. 1994) and Chicago (LL.M. 1993). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1997. He is a member of various associations, including the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law (Board Member), the International Bar Association (Co-Chair of the Working Group Private Antitrust Enforcement) and the Society of European Law. Ingo speaks German and English.
