- Wolfgang`s practice has a special focus on antitrust, M&A transactions, joint ventures as well as on contract law. He has comprehensive experience in German and European antitrust law, where he advises on both German and EU antitrust law as well as merger control law. He further represents clients in major antitrust infringement proceedings.
- Wolfgang studied at the University of Constance and supplementary studies at the University of Bern with a licentiate exam. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1994. He is member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law/Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht. Wolfgang speaks German and English.
