- Tobias advises on real estate and construction law, with a focus on complex large-scale projects in the field of industrial and general private construction.
He assists at all stages of the process – contract negotiation and structuring, as well as project realisation and, where applicable, marketing. He also has years of experience in representing national and international clients in construction-related litigation and arbitration. - Tobias studied at universities of Marburg and Berlin. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Construction and Real Estate Law Working Group and its Committee for Civil Law. Tobias speaks German and English.
