- Adrian advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, in particular on public takeovers, as well as on corporate law, capital market law and private equity.
- Adrian studied law and business administration (MBA 2002) at the University of Tübingen and the University of Chicago (LLM 2005). He has been an attorney with Gleiss Lutz since 2008. In 2006 Adrian was admitted to the New York State Bar (Attorney-at-Law). He worked for a law firm in New York in 2008 and for an investment bank in Frankfurt in 2011/2012. Adrian is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). He speaks German and English.
