- Wolf advises on capital markets and corporate disputes (litigation and arbitration). He specialises in post-M&A disputes, disputes on D&O liability and disputes between shareholders. Wolf also acts on commercial disputes with a focus on energy, product liability and general commercial law. He also advises on structuring complex civil-law-related agreements.
- Wolf studied at Wagner College, New York/USA, and at the universities of Freiburg/Breisgau and Berlin. Ph.D 1995 in Hamburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. He is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Wolf speaks German and English.
