- Charlotte advises on all aspects of labour and employment law. Her practice focuses primarily on works constitution, collective bargaining, reorganisations, corporate transactions as well as service contracts of managing board members. Furthermore, Charlotte is an expert in the field of company pensions.
- Charlotte studied at the universities of Heidelberg, London and Berlin. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2003. In 2006 she was seconded to Herbert Smith in London and Paris. Charlotte is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group, the Occupational Pension Schemes Working Group (aba) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). She speaks German, English and French.
