- Ulrich advises on collective and individual employment law issues. He has a special focus on labour law in connection with corporate transactions and supports clients in negotiations with works councils and trade unions as well as on works constitution, reorganisations and collective bargaining.
- Ulrich studied at the University of Würzburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1992. He is a certified labour law attorney and a honorary professor at the University of Gießen (labour law). Ulrich is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group. Ulrich speaks German and English.
