- Stephan’s practice focus is on capital market issues. He has advised numerous companies on their IPOs, capital increases or issuances of bonds. Furthermore he advises clients on corporate law and M&A.
- After training as a bank clerk Stephan studied at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main and at the University of Pennsylvania (LL.M. 2002). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Stephan speaks German and English.
