Christian advises on collective and individual employment law. He focuses on advice in connection with service contracts for board members as well as on (cross-border) reorganisations, especially concerning co-determination issues. His practice also includes advice on works constitution, collective bargaining and industrial disputes.
Christian studied at the universities of Tuebingen (Dr. iur. 2005), Fribourg/Switzerland and at Yale Law School/USA (LL.M. 2004). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2011. Christian is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and of the employment lawyers' association “fachanwalt forum arbeitsrecht (ffa)”. He is co-editor of the law journal “Arbeitsrecht Aktuell”. He speaks German and English.
