The DeTe Immobilien group specialises in facility management and has more than 6,000 employees. During the 2007 financial year, it posted sales of around 1 billion euros, the majority of which with the Deutsche Telekom group. Parallel to the acquisition, several service contracts between DeTe Immobilien and undertakings belonging to the Deutsche Telekom Group were concluded providing for extensive facility management services over a period of ten years. The closing of the transaction is still subject to a number of provisos, including obtaining antitrust clearance.
