Gleiss Lutz has advised companies in the Munich area for many years. Significant transactions in the region have been and are being advised on by Gleiss Lutz lawyers. Since 2001, Gleiss Lutz is present with a local office in which presently 25 lawyers provide advice on all essential questions of business law.

Our emphases in Munich are M&A and restructurings, private equity transactions, and advice of industrial and service companies on matters of corporate law.

Further emphases are the protection of intellectual property, unfair competition, food law, German and European antitrust law – in particular merger control proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission – as well as public procurement law.
